Agency-Fee Audits

The AAUP Collective Bargaining Congress was a sister organization of the AAUP that operated from January 1, 2013 until December 31, 2019. During that period, both the AAUP-CBC and the AAUP engaged in activities associated with the collective-bargaining- and work-related interests of members and nonmembers. Therefore, there were two agency-fee audits. The recommended agency-fee rates are based on a combined rate of the two audits. When looking at the audit materials, make sure to reference the cover memorandum and combined rate spread sheet along with the agency-fee audits. The audit calculates the payments for both objecting nonmembers who receive Academe and for those who do not.
