We are committed to running the safest event possible. All attendees must upload proof of vaccination to Cvent, the AAUP’s registration portal. Attendees will also be required to complete an attendee health and safety acknowledgement form. More information about creating an ID.me account can be found here:   https://api.id.me/en/registration/new
  • Account Verification: Once an account has been created using the attendee’s email address and password, follow the prompts for confirming your identity. Optional Activity:

This year we have arranged one optional activity for Friday night at the National Bowling Arena. Join us for a night of throwin’ rocks the National Bowling Stadium. The National Bowling Stadium, built in 1995 in downtown Reno, is 363,000 square feet with 78 lanes for 10-pin bowling. It’s the only bowling stadium of its kind in the world, and that’s not just, like, our opinion, man. Topping the building is a massive geodesic dome, which really ties the room together. How can you miss a bowling night of such epic proportions? Snacks and drink tickets will be provided.

If you have not signed up for this fun event yet, you can still log into your registration and add it to your account for $35.

Campus Policies:

Possession of illegal substances is officially prohibited on campus. You can visit the University of Nevada Reno web site for more information.

Workshop Evaluations and SI Overall Evaluation:

Evaluations for each workshop will be handled through an online survey tool. During the Summer Institute, you will receive an email containing the information you need to access and complete the survey. Please complete an evaluation for each workshop you attend. At the end of the Summer Institute, you will receive a message with a link to the overall evaluation for the entire program. Please take the time to complete this survey as well. We use this information every year to make the Summer Institute a better experience for all attendees. Thank you!
