Successful Conclusion for Oregon Tech Strike

After a strike lasting more than a week, faculty in the Oregon Tech AAUP chapter reached a tentative agreement with the administration early this morning. 

Highlights include significant progress toward making workload clearly defined and reasonable, significant progress toward fair compensation, and secure benefits throughout the life of the contract.

This will be the first contract for the Oregon Tech chapter, and it comes after more than a year of negotiations.
