The federal FMLA and its regulations have triggered a number of questions about their application to faculty members. To clarify how to apply the FMLA in academic settings, this guidebook is broken into sections in which specific mandates are introduced and explained through a series of questions and answers. Unless noted otherwise, questions and answers apply to the mandates of the federal FMLA. Download (.pdf).
