Research Program

The AAUP research program tracks trends in higher education and produces reports on topics including faculty compensation, gender equity, and contingent faculty.

The faculty compensation survey, called the Annual Report on the Economic Status of the Profession, is published in the March-April issue of the AAUP magazine, Academe, and is a benefit of membership. Nonmembers may order the report in the online AAUP store or by calling (202) 737-5900.
