New Edition of Faculty Handbook Guide Available
The AAUP’s legal office receives hundreds of calls a year from professors, academic administrators, and lawyers on the enforceability of faculty handbooks as contracts. In response, the legal office has developed a state-by-state guide, Faculty Handbooks as Enforceable Contracts, which provides summaries of cases that involve faculty handbooks. The 2002 edition is now available.
