Conference Deadlines and  Fees

March 15, 2011: Deadline for presenters to register for the conference. Sessions will be cancelled if presenters have not registered.
April 1, 2011: Presenters will receive their time slots.
May 12, 2011: Early bird registration rates end
May 30, 2011: Online registration closes

Regular registration (through May 30): $300
Early bird registration (before May 12): $275
Graduate student registration: $150
Onsite registration: $325

Additional fees will apply for optional functions and meals.

Cancellation Policy

Presenters

Cancellations must be received, either by email (ssmee@aaup.org) or fax (202-737-5526), by April 15, 2011, to receive a refund, less a $150 processing fee. No refunds for presenters will be issued after April 15, 2011. Refunds will be issued following the Conference.

Attendees

Cancellations must be received, either by email (ssmee@aaup.org) or fax (202-737-5526), by June 1, 2011, to receive a refund, less a $150 processing fee. No refunds for attendees will be issued after June 1, 2011. Refunds will be issued following the Conference.
