All persons interested in attending this year’s Summer Institute program are required to register online. Please review the course descriptions before proceeding to the online registration site. You may also want to look over the schedule for the whole institute.
Online registration is being handled by an outside vendor, Reg Online. Each person registering online is required to have an e-mail address. You will be asked to create a password of at least six characters. Please keep your password for future use. Reg Online allows you to access your registration information after completing the registration process. By accessing the registration site and checking “existing registration,” you can view and make changes to your workshop and activity selections without contacting the national office.
Reg Online allows you to register multiple attendees, pay for your registration, print a confirmation, and receive an e-mail notification once you have completed the registration process.
The four Higher Education Data and Research workshops are hands-on sessions and are limited to 25 participants. You will not be allowed to register for a session that has reached its limit.
Many of this year’s social activities are included in your registration fee. Please be sure to check all of the activities you plan to participate in when registering. Ground transportation between the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and Macalester College will be provided. You will need to complete the ground transportation information to schedule shuttle service.

A. Spouse/Guest
Will your spouse relative or friend be traveling with you to the Summer Institute? Please check “yes” when asked if you are registering more than one person.
B. Early Arrival/Late Departure
If your travel plans have you arriving before Thursday, July 23,, or departing after Sunday, July 26, you may extend your stay in either the dorm or the hotel for an additional fee of $75 per day. This fee does not include meals.

If you are the recipient of a Summer Institute scholarship, you will be asked to enter the type of scholarship and name of the person who authorized it during the registration process.
