The easiest way to contact a Committee A Staff member is to call the AAUP (202-737-5900 or 800-424-2973), dial Susan Smee's or Nanette Crisologo's extension, and identify yourself as a conference or chapter Committee A member who would like to talk to one of the associate secretaries listed below.

ASC Liaison to Committee A
The ASC office of member-at-large, liaison to Committee A on Academic Freedom and Tenure, includes among its responsibilities that of serving as a conduit for communication between state conference officers and national Committee A and its staff. The current ASC Liaison to Committee A is Jeff Kraus (718) 390-3254.
State Committee A Listserv
In fall 2007, the AAUP established statecommitteea, an unmoderated listserv to which national staff subscribed most state Committee A chairs at that time. The purpose of statecommitteea is to provide a forum for the exchange of information, questions, concerns, experiences, possible solutions, and wisdom among those who are doing Committee A work on the state and local levels.
